Covid Updates

I have worked hard to make updates to my space, practice and protocols to ensure your health and safety during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. I am now open for services with the following guidelines and state mandated requirements.
arrival
Please text me upon arrival and wait in your vehicle until I text back letting you know that the room is ready for your appointment and that I will be coming down to open the building door, which will remain locked at all times. Please arrive to your session in a mask. Masks are required in hallways and common spaces.
health screening
Please monitor your temperature and general health the day of your appointment. If you are ill in any way, please stay home. If you or anyone you’ve had close contact with in the 14 days prior to your appointment has a fever, feels ill, or has displayed any symptoms of COVID-19, please cancel your appointment. You will not be charged any cancellation fees if you need to cancel the day of your appointment due to illness. I will be screening my own health and temperature daily, and will also cancel the appointment if needed.
Increased Cleaning and Hand Washing
Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival and before touching anything. I will be sanitizing all surfaces in the treatment room regularly and between each appointment. The treatment room is equipped with a new IQ Air Health Pro Plus purifier with HEPA filters rated for the removal of viruses. It will run during the session at a rate to turn over the air in the office every 12 minutes. The air purifier will be turned on high for 30 minutes between clients to insure each client is walking into a fresh and virus free air space.
Water
Please bring your own water bottle to the session if needed. We are not allowed to offer drinking water to clients at this time.
High Risk Clients
If you or someone in your care is at higher risk for developing severe illness from COVID-19, please consider postponing your service. We are taking every possible precaution to ensure your health and safety. However, due to the attributes of the virus and the close contact that is necessary during an appointment, it may increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
